Supermoon, Penumbra and Blood moon all rolled into one

and it was AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL!!! what a night!! So worth the wait! Next time around I ll be 73 years old..hmmmm not so sure I ´ll get a glimpse of it but one never knows. What a way to start the week!

Perfect cozy weather

After a usual tidy up/dinner party/late bedtime Saturday, Sunday has proven to be what it was meant for...laziness. Catching up with friends, shopping online, checking facebook,candles lit, all in all a cozy rainy Sunday at home before the new week strikes me in the head. I have till 8 am tomorrow to shake off all this lazy (ok 8:10 because I love that snooze button!!) but I'm not feeling guilty, it's a rest day and I am entitled to one....

here's the thought of the day and boy is it a good one...  :)

Great weather on the Rock and was supposedly to be set on my way to what I call a "mini" break but things don't always go as planned, oh well...sometimes you take it as it is, no point crying over it that's for sure. 

Lost a friend this week in a very bad work accident and can't help wondering, how many useless souls (aka full blown idiots ) roam this planet and we're stuck with them forever and a day, yet the good ones are here for such brief moments. It´s just not right. Not right...May he rest in peace and he is already greatly missed by all.

Autumn is upon us, my favorite season of the year, I still remember the beautiful colours on the trees, the pumpkin farms, such warm colours before the bitter cold winter days ahead. Here autumn isn't much different from summer or any other season, if it weren't for all the birders here on the island I wouldn't even know it was autumn season. Speaking of, the madness soon begins, let's hope I get a glimpse of that Snowy again!!! Can't get enough of this bird! So fingers crossed on this bit here....
